IMPORTANT SCHOOL INFORMATION
Due to the need for a teacher in-service, Wausa Schools is extending the break for the kids one day. There will be a teacher in-service on Jan. 3rd, and we will resume school for students PK-12 on Jan. 4th.
The Wausa School office will be closed from December 23rd through January 1st. The office will formally reopen on January 2nd.
The NSAA-mandated moratorium starts on December 23rd and will continue through the 27th. The fitness center will remain open, but the gym will be closed during that time per NSAA mandate.
Wausa Parent Council Krispy Kreme Donut pickup is this Sunday from 1:00-2:30 in the school cafeteria!
Niobrara/Verdigre Basketball Game at Home Monday, Dec. 18th
Just a reminder, due to the lack of girls players from Niobrara/Verdigre, there will only be 2-8 minute quarters of JV girls starting at 4:30pm followed by the boys JV at 5:00pm (estimate) followed by the girls varsity and boys varsity.

Congrats to the Wausa Viking Play Production on their Runner-up Finish yesterday at Conference One Act. Our Vikings brought home lots of awards!
Students who received performer awards were Holly Johnson, Cade Wakeley, Brady Bloomquist, Colton Baue, Braydon Hoesing, Vincent Vanness, Tierney Alexander, Kendall Story, Anya Peters and Alijah Nelson. Our own Holly Johnson and Braydon Hoesing receive the Overall Female and Male Performers for the day. Congrats on a Great Show!
